The KRAKEN EVENT is My Timber Pets’ first official event — announced on the official Discord and X, and live right now.
Event window (confirmed)
- Start: 2026-08-30, 04:00 UTC

How it works
- The Kraken spawns in servers during the event window — players on the Discord ask “what time will the kraken event spawn?” as they wait for it in-game.
- The Kraken is an Event-rarity pet tied to this event. Whether it stays obtainable after the event is not known yet.

What else is coming (official week schedule, Sep 1)
The official Discord published this week’s event schedule:
- September 2 — New Levels and the New Trait Machine go live (earlier listed as Sep 3 on the Roblox events page; the official announcement now says September 2). Trait Machine event page
- September 5 — a HUGE ADMIN ABUSE celebrating 5,000 CCU, with “chaos, rewards, and surprises” promised. Admin Abuse event page
The official Discord spoilers channel has been teasing pets “with their new trait”, so the Trait Machine kicks off a trait system.
What is not confirmed
- The Kraken’s exact stats/boost and whether it is permanent after the event
- What the Trait Machine actually does (arrives Sep 2)
- Event rewards beyond the Kraken pet itself
- What the September 5 Admin Abuse event will include
