My Timber Pets Rarity Guide — Normal to Mutated God
Every pet in My Timber Pets rolls with a rarity, and rarity is what the community trades by. Here is the rarity system as confirmed by gameplay and the official Discord.
The rarity tiers
| Tier | Confirmed examples | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Normal | Chicken, Crab, Fish, Frog, Hamster, Gallimimus | Starter and common rolls |
| Gold | Gold Chicken, Gold Snail, Golden Kitsune, Golden Ankylosaurus | Step above Normal earners |
| Diamond | Diamond Brachiosaurus, Diamond Spino | High money tier — Diamond Brachi matches Golden Ankylo money |
| Exclusive | Squid, Kitsune | Squid grants +110% money; Auto Roll skips them (known bug) |
| God | T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Mosasaurus, King Cobra, Spino | Top-tier pets, actively traded |
| Mutated | Mutated Gods, Mutated Kitsune | A modifier layer on any tier — the rarest combination |
| Event | Kraken | Tied to the KRAKEN EVENT (2026-08-30 - 09-06) |

How luck affects rarity
- Luck upgrades raise your chance of rolling higher rarities. Players report high luck levels (“ultra 3 luck”, “500% luck upgrade”) when hunting rare pets.
- PATCH 1.0.0 (2026-08-28) explicitly rebalanced “rarity odds” — exact odds are not published.
What is not confirmed
- The exact probability of each rarity (the developer has not published odds)
- Whether tiers above God exist (e.g. Legendary/Mythic) — players have not confirmed any
- The full list of pets in each tier (the game updates weekly; this list grows constantly)
Practical takeaway
When comparing pets, check rarity and mutations, not levels — veteran players explicitly warn that levels are a poor guide to value. Mutated God-tier pets are the hardest pulls and the most traded.
